| dc.description.abstract | A program for the Composition Gala held by the ACU Music Department on December 4, 2023 to showcase the symphonic compositions of ACU students. The program includes the following performances: "On Redemptive Suffering" Themes of the Anti-Quest by Liam Pluntke, "Beauty for Ashes" by Grace Arons, "One Art" by Hannah Martin, "Lament for Orchestra" by Andrew Carothers, "The Sword and the Briar" Fantasy Overture by Braelyn Germaine, and "Cypresses" by Andrew Forte. The program also includes a list of the musicians who performed the compositions and notes which musicians are ACU faculty. | |
