Ida Clouse (1858-1946) was a nurse at St. Joseph's Hospital. Through the Homestead Act, Ida obtained 160 acres of land in 1917. 35 acres of Clouse Ranch eventually became Southwestern Conservative Baptist Bible College, now known as Arizona Christian University. This collection is dedicated to the memory of Ida Clouse and her ranch.
